Delivery attempts 

We will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. All order is deemed executed upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient’s address.   motanicskincare.com is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:

• Delivery not done due to wrong address supplied by customer however we would try our best to reconfirm with the client for the delivery address
• Recipient not available especially in Hotels, Hostels and Gated Communities
• Premises locked. Note will be place on your doorstep to pickup the parcel at the closes post office to your house
• Wrong phone/ Cell or Extension number/ not working / no reply or not connecting / reachable and delivery is not done
• It is the responsibility of the customers to track their product and make sure it gets to them by tracking their product and communicating with the necessary shipping company if need be. However, if things go wrong we will assist in the best possible way we can.

Delivery delays

Before major holidays and festivals, we recommend that you place your orders at least seven to ten days in advance. motanicskincare.com in conjunction with our service providers, will attempt to deliver a product on the requested delivery day. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries.

Uncontrollable Circumstances

In case of natural disaster, extreme weather conditions, (flooding, quake, heavy rains), bush fires etc. we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date. In such cases we will send a communication to the customer on email for a confirmation for the same. However, if there is no response from the customer within 24 hours, it shall be assumed that she/he has agreed to the delivery on alternate date.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated delivery time for Australia is 1 to 2 business days starting on the date of shipment, for International shipments it will take between 9 and 18 extra business days.

Note: Business days exclude public holidays, also exclude Saturday and Sunday. 

Processing and Handling Time: The process to start the shipment could take between 3 to 5 business days.

*Sometimes the products bought in group are sent separately to ensure that there are no problems in the customs, and we can deliver faster.

We process all deliveries through Australian post if it is available for your country.

What about sales tax and hidden costs for delivery?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The total price mentioned on the checkout is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
