Do I need a consultation to shop online?
No — you can shop our full skincare range without any consultation. Our products are designed for home use Australia-wide.
Where is the skin clinic located?
Our clinic is at 56 Leafcutter Circuit, Ripley QLD 4306. Bookings are managed through Fresha — you’ll receive directions on confirmation.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping takes 1–3 business days. Free standard shipping on orders over $150.
Can I return a product?
We don’t accept returns on opened products for hygiene reasons. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days.
