• Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150 AUD
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or external circumstances beyond our control
• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched
• We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

We take pride in the quality of our products. Our returns policy is as follows:

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products cannot be returned once opened or used
• Returns are accepted for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied
• All return claims must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Approved returns will receive a replacement product or full refund at our discretion

All clinic appointments at Motanic Skin Clinic are subject to the following conditions:

• All appointments must be booked through our approved booking platform (Fresha)
• A skin consultation may be required before certain treatments can be performed
• Clients must arrive on time — late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment
• Full and accurate health information must be disclosed before any treatment

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team:

• We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may incur a cancellation fee
• No-shows without prior notice may result in a fee or loss of deposit
• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking access

We are committed to delivering the highest quality treatments, however results can vary between individuals.

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment or product
• Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results
• Clients must follow all recommended aftercare instructions for best outcomes

Motanic Skincare provides professional skincare treatments and products, but we are not a medical practice. The following conditions apply:

• Our treatments and products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• If you have a medical condition, skin disorder, or are taking medication, you must consult a qualified healthcare professional before booking any treatment
• You must disclose all relevant health information, including allergies and medications, before receiving any treatment
• We are not liable for reactions or adverse effects arising from undisclosed health conditions or medications

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Motanic Skincare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services
• Clients accept full responsibility for following all aftercare instructions provided after treatments
• We are not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse outcomes where full and accurate health information was not disclosed prior to treatment
• Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question

All content on the Motanic Skincare website and associated materials is protected by intellectual property law.

• All text, images, graphics, logos, and branding belong to Motanic Skincare
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission
• Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action
