We ship all orders from our warehouse in Queensland, Australia. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, here’s what to expect:

Your order is picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Your order is handed to our courier. You’ll receive tracking details via email once dispatched.

Delivered

Your order arrives at your door within the estimated delivery timeframe.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Use your tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.

📦 Order Processing

We process all orders as quickly as possible to get your skincare to you. The following conditions apply:

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday during business hours
  • Orders placed on weekends or Queensland public holidays will be processed the next business day
  • During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched

If you need your order urgently, we recommend selecting express shipping at checkout and placing your order before 12pm on a business day.

⚠️ Delivery Information & Disclaimer

While we take every care to ensure your order is dispatched promptly, the following conditions apply once your order has left our warehouse:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier capacity or unforeseen circumstances
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address
  • Redelivery fees may apply if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or missed delivery
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse

Once the investigation is complete, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Claims made after 7 days of the expected delivery date may not be eligible for investigation or resolution. Please contact us as soon as possible.
