We ship all orders from our warehouse in Queensland, Australia. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, here’s what to expect:

Your order is picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.
Dispatched
Your order is handed to our courier. You’ll receive tracking details via email once dispatched.
Delivered
Your order arrives at your door within the estimated delivery timeframe.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Use your tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.

Order Processing
We process all orders as quickly as possible to get your skincare to you. The following conditions apply:

- ✦Orders placed on weekends or Queensland public holidays will be processed the next business day
- ✦During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended
- ✦You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched
If you need your order urgently, we recommend selecting express shipping at checkout and placing your order before 12pm on a business day.

Claims made after 7 days of the expected delivery date may not be eligible for investigation or resolution. Please contact us as soon as possible.
